A store specializing in natural dashi, established at the end of the Edo period. It is responsible for the world intangible cultural heritage “Japanese food culture”. It mainly deals with “Honkarekatsuobushi”, which is the pinnacle of Edo food culture. They also sell wild kombu seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, surume, scallops, and sakura shrimp.
