The street brand “TAIKAN” from Vancouver, Canada will hold its first POPUP at the new spot “Coffee by Jalana” in Ameyoko. It is a valuable event where you can get your hands on SS products that have just launched.
In this POP UP, many unique items such as bags and apparel are available, including the latest collection. There are few opportunities to actually pick up items of the same brand that does not have stores in Japan.
What is TAIKAN…
Started in Vancouver, Canada in 2016 as a platform for working with creative friends involved in directing music, art, photography, fashion, skateboarding, and street culture.
Initially, they focused on making bags, and now they are expanding into a wide range of apparel.
The origin of TAIKAN is that we “TAIKAN” them on a journey, that is, we take them on a journey, so we named them TAIKAN, and the main concept is highly fashionable items that incorporate everyone’s favorite elements. We propose a collection that can be worn by anyone, because it is simple yet carefully created and gender neutral, from details, fabrics to color palettes. At the same time, we are collaborating with creators such as photographers, artists, designers, and musicians to develop a project called “TAIKAN By”.
